Copyright Policy
In accordance with APCA’s commitment to the democratisation of academic research, the journal operates a "Contributor-Focused" copyright model whereby:
1. Authors retain full copyright of their original work without restriction.
2. By publishing in APCA, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive licence to publish, archive, and disseminate the work globally in all formats.
3. All articles published in APCA are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. This represents the global standard for open-access scholarly publishing.
4. Under this licence, third parties are permitted to copy, adapt, and redistribute the material in any medium or format, provided the following conditions are met:
· Attribution: Users must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the licence, and indicate if changes were made.
· Non-Endorsement: Users may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor (the journal or author) endorses the user or their specific use of the work.
5. Readers and users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of APCA articles without prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided the original work is properly cited.
