Archiving Policy

To ensure the long-term availability of research, APCA partners with permanent digital archiving services, including the PKP Preservation Network (PN). This partnership ensures that the scholarly record remains accessible and preserved even if the journal ceases publication or its website becomes temporarily unavailable. By adhering to these global standards for digital preservation, the journal guarantees that all published manuscripts are protected against data loss and remain a permanent part of the academic canon.

Furthermore, the journal encourages authors to archive the Version of Record of their articles in institutional or subject-based repositories, such as ResearchGate, Academia.edu, or university digital archives, immediately upon publication. There is no embargo period, allowing for the instant dissemination of research to the global community. However, to ensure proper citation tracking and traffic, authors are requested to include the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) link to the original article hosted on the APCA website when self-archiving.
